CHARACTER DESIGN
My process starts with with getting my ideas out by creating sketches for the possible look of the character. To narrow down my ideas, I started to focus on the idea of putting geometric shapes on the character's clothing. We decided to go with the boy with the triangle design and I did variations of his hair and played with the position of his head accessory.
Once the final design sketch was complete, I took the image into photoshop and made four different color schemes. After choosing a color scheme, I translated my final design into pixel form and individually animating the front view, side views, and back view.
